When is the recipient reimbursed?

The recipient is reimbursed after we have received the product that the recipient has returned. If the recipient has accidentally purchased an item that was not intended to be purchased, the recipient should contact us immediately to get it resolved. Contacting us can prevent the hassle of returning the products.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?

Yes. We can refund to PayPal, VISA, Master Card, American Express. We can always refund you through the original payment method.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

Yes. When you checkout, make sure the shipping and the mailing address are entered separately. If this is regarding a purchase that you already made, please contact us.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently support worldwide shipping. Please do provide the exact address in order to receive your product in a timely manner. If your address is located in a hard-to-reach area, please do provide us with additional shipping information.

Ontario & Quebec: 1-4 business days
Manitoba, Alberta, Saskatchewan: 3-7 business days
British Columbia: 2-5 business days
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI: 2-6 business days
Newfoundland: 4-7 business days

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try to keep the website up to date with our best efforts. If we restock the items, we will try to update the site soon as possible. But you can always contact us to get updates regarding product stock.

Can I safely use my credit card on the website?

Yes. We do not save your credit card information. Our site also uses an SSL certification to ensure safe payment transaction is taking place.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Images shown on the website may or may not be 100% accurate as of the actual product. This may happen because the product has recently updated or there is some internal image error with the website. But you will not receive a completely different product. If there are any issues with an order, please do contact us. We do value 100% customer satisfaction. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you make a purchase, you should receive a receipt automatically sent to the email you specified. We could also provide an additional invoice if you request. If you have not received the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If any issues, please contact us and we can get them resolved for you.

How can I return an item?

If you have issues with the product you have received, please email us with the reason for the return and we can get the return process started for you. Please note all items eligible for return must be sent back in their original packaging. You can return an item only in the first 14 days after you have received it.

How many days do I have to return an item?

All eligible items can be returned in the first 14 days after receiving the item. Please ensure you have the original packaging before returning. If any issues, please contact us so that we can assist you in the return process.
