Connexio 8th generation bonding agent provides the greatest flexibility and effective curing with all types of composite resins and is especially effective for post-Endo restorative treatment. Self-cure, light-cure, or dual cure! Connexio is the perfect complement to EncoreĀ® D/C core buildup composite material, providing dual curing deep in the canal, to the bottom of the post space, for a completely polymerized, integrated tooth/core/post monobloc.Ā
Spot light-cure for immediate, easy core shaping; self-cure helps virtually eliminate polymerization shrinkage between material and dentin walls, preventing the micro-gaps where bacteria, fluids and ions can accumulate. The self-etching ability of Connexio provides strong dentin bonds without the need for a separate acid-etching step. And, Connexio is nanoparticle reinforced to provide bond strengths that last longer. Connexio tolerates residual moisture and is the optimal bonding agent for dual-cure composite materials, such as Encore D/C.
