Optimized for aesthetic direct anterior and posterior restorations, Filtek Universal Restorative is a visible light-activated restorative composite with eight specially developed shades. The universal body-like opacity of Filtek Universal Restorative allows around a 2-mm depth of cure, producing a restoration with reliable strength and wear resistance.

The nanocomposite material also features a new pink opaquer (PO) for hiding stained tooth structure, metal, and amalgam, which can be placed in 1-mm increments and may be heated to around 70C/158F for up to an hour. Filtek Universal Restorative is radiopaque and utilized for various indications such as direct anterior and posterior restorative techniques, splinting, core buildups, and indirect restorations on veneers, inlays, and onlays.
