Snap-Stone guarantees versatility in a wide variety of dental procedures, including mouth guards, vacuum-formed splints, bleaching & custom trays, orthodontic appliances, temporaries, denture repairs, study casting, articulator cast mounting, and CAD-CAM restorations. Its formulation contains type IV gypsum with a liquid-to-powder ratio of 23:100 grams for optimal mixing activity.
A smooth flowable consistency of the resulting mixture displays thixotropic viscosity to provide additional working time for clinicians. Once poured into the mold, immediate hardening of the wet casting occurs extremely quickly, at only 2 minutes, with an instant snap release.
Ensure accurate adaptation of casts with high compressive strengths during wet (6,000 psi) and dry (14,000 psi) application and low setting expansion of 0.15%.
Improve productivity with the most efficient working time of 60 to 90 seconds.
